A non-governmental organisation, Otonti Nduka Foundation for Values Education, is planning a conference on election rigging, oil bunkering, examination malpractices and other anti-social vices in the country.

The conference, scheduled to hold on November 13, 2025, will be chaired by the first military governor of Old Rivers State and the traditional ruler of Twon Brass in Bayelsa State, King Alfred Diete-Spiff while the director-general of World Trade Organisation (WTO), Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala and the Catholic Bishop of Sokoto, Most Rev. Mathew Kukah, will be among the speakers.

Addressing journalists in Port Harcourt yesterday, chairman, Board of Trustees of the foundation, Emeritus Professor Otonti Nduka, said issues like students loan scandal, ghost workers and constituency allowance scandals as well as murder and related crimes of money-making rituals would be discussed at the conference.
