The appointees are Paul Bebenimibo, registrar; Abduldayan Fatimah Jibril, librarian; and Gbe Tamaraudebaemi Justin, the bursar.

In a statement from the chairman/pro-chancellor of the Governing Council, Abdullahi Bardi, the three individuals were selected as the top candidates after a thorough interview conducted by an eight-member selection committee. The appointments were made by the university’s established regulations.

Bardi stated that the Governing Council was confident that the appointments would contribute significantly to the continued growth and development of the Nigeria Maritime University.
