Popular nightlife entrepreneur, Obi Cubana, has marked his 51st birthday with the unveiling of a luxury model home, the “Signature Home,” located within the new Cubana Millennium City in Asaba, Delta State.
The high-profile event was attended by the Delta State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori, who served as the guest of honour. Speaking at the ceremony, the Governor praised the businessman for choosing to invest in the state, describing the project as a major boost for the local economy.
Governor Oborevwori noted that the Cubana Millennium City is more than just a housing project, but a new economic hub that will create jobs and opportunities for the people of Asaba and neighbouring communities. He promised that his administration would continue to support private investors who contribute to the state’s growth.
In his remarks, Obi Cubana explained that the project is the result of a long-term dream to build a world-class city in Nigeria. He stated that the estate, which is located near the Asaba Airport, is designed to meet global standards and will allow people to live, work, and invest in a safe environment.
“We are building more than houses; we are building a city that will stand the test of time,” the businessman said. He added that the project is his contribution to the growth of the Nigerian economy.
