The Command’s Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), SP Suleiman Yahaya said police received a report from one Hadiza Bashiru of Tingno in Lamurde local government area that her 5-year-old son, Abba Bashiru, was missing and was last seen with Hassan.

Yahaya said the operatives, acting on the information, swiftly arrested Hassan, who during interrogation confessed to have conspired with a suspect at large to kill the boy and buried him in a shallow grave.
