The Rivers State Ethnic Youth Leaders Coalition (RSEYLC), has condemned alleged attacks on Governor Siminalayi Fubara by the caretaker committee chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state, Chief Tony Okocha and the director-general of the Border Communities Development Agency (BCDA), Dr Dax George-Kelly.

In a statement issued in Port Harcourt yesterday, RSEYLC described as false, the allegations by the duo that Fubara was driving away investors and failing to acknowledge the contributions of the former governor of the state, Chief Nyesom Wike.

The statement which was signed by the coalition’s chairman, Dr Legborsi Yamaabana, said the allegations by Okocha and George-Kelly were motivated by a desire to please their paymasters rather than a genuine concern for the truth.
