The senator’s aide who flagged off the distribution of the wrappers in Madakiya, Zangon Kataf local government area of the state, pledged to reach out to more vulnerable women across rural communities before and after the Christmas period.

Distributing the items in Madakiya, Midat explained that the gesture was aimed at giving back to the less-privileged as he understands the challenges confronting the people at the grassroots.
He revealed that the gesture would continue for women, especially older widows in the society.

The media aide also solicited prayers for his principal, Senator Katung, to succeed in his desire to bring democratic dividends to the people of Kaduna South Senatorial District.

In a goodwill message, the Agwam Kajju II, HRH Luka Kogi Yabuwat, speaking through the council secretary, Mr Ayuba Diem Honest, commended Mr Midat for his foresight in assisting widows and prayed for God’s blessings upon him.
