TREASURE HUNT
The fun activity of “treasure hunt” is about finding “hidden treasures” from clues. A theme that is most loved by kids can be chosen to double up the fun. Different areas in the backyard or the park can be the place to hide the treasures which can be something simple like treats or small toys.
WATER PLAY
Setting up a small pool in the backyard for kids to enjoy and laugh together is a good idea for a playful activity.
BALL GAME
Kids love playing ball games and a park or a field is the perfect area to let them have fun. Playing such games keeps their body healthy and mind fresh as they get to do a lot of jumping, running and kicking.
PICNIC
A happy day that kids always love is a picnic day where kids can do so much. From playing their favourite games to having their best snacks, they feel very excited with the outdoor activities.
GARDENING
Digging the soil, watering plants and watching flowers bloom helps kids realise that tending and caring for nature is very enjoyable.
BIRD WATCHING
To help a child see nature at its best, bird watching can be taken up as an activity of exploration. The joy of spotting out birds in nature after having come across it in a book is immensely pleasing.
NATURE ART AND CRAFT
having your kids experiment with colors surrounded by nature is a good idea. After collecting rocks from nature, kids can paint flowers, ladybugs or anything they wish to draw and have it as a display as a showpiece.
