The CEO of Healthtracka, Ifeoluwa Dare-Johnson, who disclosed this in a press statement, made available to LEADERSHIP, said women often face more challenges with their health than men, enduring different issues from menstrual cycles to hormonal imbalances, fertility concerns, menopause, cardiac conditions, and beyond.

To address these challenges, healthtech leader, Healthtracka is hosting the inaugural BWHC on May 4th, 2024, in Lagos, Nigeria, Dare-Johnson disclosed, adding that the event will bring together a diverse group of stakeholders to address critical issues in women’s health and advocate for increased investment.

The BWHC also aimed to empower women with knowledge by equipping them with the resources and information they need to navigate their unique health journey; spark crucial conversations that will help to break the silence surrounding women’s health and foster a supportive environment for open dialogue and drive positive change by raising awareness among policymakers, healthcare professionals, and the business community about the importance of investing in women’s health services, ultimately
leading to improved access and health outcomes for women, the CEO added.

“Leading experts in women’s health will share their insights and knowledge. There will be thought-provoking conversations addressing critical health topics impacting women and practical sessions that will provide participants with valuable skills and knowledge. The conference will serve as a platform for attendees to connect, share experiences, and build meaningful relationships. By bringing together a diverse group of voices, the BWHC can work collectively to create a future where all women have access to the care they deserve,” she posited.
