Tangerine APT Pension has been crowned the new champions of the 2025 Pension Fund Administrators (PFA) Games, securing a commanding victory with 66 points. Their triumph marks the end of FCMB’s reign and firmly establishes Tangerine APT as the new benchmark for corporate sporting excellence.

From the opening whistle to the final scoresheet, Tangerine APT demonstrated exceptional prowess. They dominated in volleyball and snooker, showcased strategic depth to finish second in chess behind Norrenberger, and secured another second place in team bonding, trailing only Premium Pension. Their consistent performance across the board, including fourth in football, sixth in table tennis, fifth in scrabble, and eighth in e-sports, press conference, discipline, and grooming, proved crucial. Every point was hard-won, reflecting their determination.

Last year’s champions, FCMB, despite moments of brilliance, couldn’t replicate their previous success. They finished second overall with 63 points, just three points shy of the new titleholders. FCMB secured first place in scrabble, second in football, and third in table tennis and e-sports. They also placed fourth in snooker and team bonding, and fifth in volleyball, chess, and the press conference/discipline/grooming categories.

It was a valiant defence, but ultimately not enough to stem the Tangerine tide.

Rounding off the podium, NPF Pension secured third place with 57 points after a spirited campaign. They clinched gold in football, second in table tennis and e-sports, and third in volleyball. Further placings included fourth in scrabble, sixth in press conference/discipline/fanfare/most coordinated, seventh in chess, and eighth in snooker and team bonding.

Norrenberger Pension finished fourth with 52 points, while Premium Pension took fifth spot with 47 points. NNPC Pension and Access Arm secured sixth and seventh places with 45 and 41 points respectively. Trustfund Pension, Pencom, and Nupemco completed the top 10, earning 29, 28, and 25 points respectively.

As the dust settles and the cheers echo, one truth is clear: Tangerine APT Pension has ushered in a bold, dominant, and unforgettable new era in the PFA Games.
