Also, vice principal Paul Ogbuehi emphasised the profound impact of sports on education.

“Sporting activities play a crucial role in the holistic training of a girl child. While education shapes their intellect, sports foster discipline, resilience, and teamwork. This competition is not just about winning medals; it’s about instilling a competitive spirit, encouraging healthy rivalries, and teaching our students that excellence requires effort,” he said.

The school’s sports teacher, . John Shagi, expressed her excitement and gratitude for the seamless execution of the competition.

“Organizing this event from start to finish was not an easy task, but I’m so happy and thankful for its success. The children gave their best, and I could see the joy on their faces. They performed wonderfully, and most importantly, they learned valuable lessons about teamwork, perseverance, and leadership,” she said.
