He said, “We are committed to providing a conductive environment for effective teaching and learning. The University is very calm, peaceful and progressing. We are thriving. We need a media partnership to go higher. We want to have a productive staff, and happy productive students. When our staff are happy, and students are happy, they will be progressing.

“We have accepted to give NUJ a hand of fellowship to get done with whatever plans they have to boost our academic activities. We will help to train their members and our staff, collaborate in the next three years of Comrade Odogwu Emeka Odogwu’s administration to make Anambra State and Nigeria proud,” he stated.

He commended Dr Odogwu on his achievements in office during his first three years and urged him to double his efforts in his second term, be magnanimous in victory and embrace teamwork so as to achieve more in the second term.
