Nigerian-British model Temi Otedola has publicly described her husband, singer Mr Eazi, as a strict and judgmental partner, in remarks made during a candid episode of her podcast.

The pair, expecting their first child together, discussed their relationship dynamic openly, with Temi pressing the point despite her husband’s evident surprise at the characterisation.

Mr Eazi disputed the label, arguing he had deliberately stepped back from being overly controlling, telling her he had resisted the urge to “manage” her throughout their relationship.

Temi remained unconvinced, suggesting his disciplined streak surfaces clearly when it comes to particular standards of behaviour, and predicted he would prove an equally exacting father. Mr Eazi countered that his firmness was selective, confined to specific matters rather than a general trait.

Elsewhere in the discussion, Temi credited her pregnancy with strengthening their bond, noting her husband has taken an active, hands-on role in caring for her.

She disclosed that tension briefly arose when her sister, DJ Cuppy, offered assistance, with Mr Eazi reportedly reluctant to relinquish caregiving duties to anyone else.

The exchange, shared widely online following its broadcast, has drawn attention from fans following the couple’s pregnancy journey.
