The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has announced the appointment of Dr Isa Abdulmumin as the acting Director of Corporate Communications Department of the apex bank.

Abdulmumin, formerly a deputy director, takes over from Osita Nwanisobi, who retires from the apex bank after serving as the Director of Corporate Communications since 2021.

The CBN had approved Nwanisobi’s appointment as the director of its corporate communications department in September 2021 after acting in the capacity when his predecessor, Isaac Okorafor, retired from service in October 2020.
