Although APC supporters led by Victor Isaiah, a former Local Government Chairman, were blamed for the attack, Isaiah denied any involvement in the assault.
He said that he saved the day because of the alleged unruly behaviour of Daniel who was intimidating APC supporters over how to secure the election materials.
The Chairman of Brass Local Government Area, Alabo Hanson Karika, has condemned the attack on the PDP Chairman of Brass LGA.
However, normalcy was restored by some military personnel who intervened.
