The Kulen Allah Cattle Rearers Association of Nigeria (KACRAN) has commended the North East Development Commission (NEDC) for rebuilding and developing the North East region.
In a press statement signed by the national president of the association, Hon Khalid Mohammed Bello, he said NEDC had exceeded expectations by rebuilding destroyed structures and implementing a strategy of building new houses, hospitals, healthcare centres and bridges.
Acording to the statement, the commission has purchased and distributed utility vehicles to governments and security operatives in the region to support peace-keeping efforts.
He described the NEDC’s impact as visible in communities across the region, from infrastructure development to humanitarian aid, including the distribution of food items to internally displaced persons (IDPs) and other residents.
The commission has also trained and employed thousands of forest guards to provide permanent regional peace and stability.
He added that, ” I want to use this opportunity to commend the managing director, the director of finance and administration, and all members of the commission for their dedication” said Khalid.
