BREAKING: Atiku Rejects PEPC Verdict, Heads To Supreme Court

Former Vice President and candidate of the opposition People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, has rejected the judgement of the Presidential Election Petitions Court (PEPC), which affirmed the electoral victory of President Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the February 25 general election.

LEADERSHIP reports that PEPC had on Wednesday delivered judgements on the petitions filed against Tinubu and APC by the PDP and Atiku alongside other opposition candidates and their political parties.

Atiku, who addressed a special and brief press conference in Abuja on Thursday evening, said he had instructed his Lawyers to do the needful and appeal the judgement of PEPC at the Supreme Court of Niger.
