Chelsea Draw Up 5-man Shortlist Of Players To Sign

Chelsea have reportedly drawn up a five-man shortlist of players to sign as as they look to bolster their centre-back options this summer.

The Premier League west London club are working on deals this summer transfer window, but are currently focused on the FIFA Club World Cup starting this weekend in the USA.

According to Football London’s Bobby Vincent, Chelsea have Jorrel Hato as one of the key targets.
The likes of Tomas Araujo, Murillo, Marc Guehi and Jarrad Branthwaite are also on the list.

Chelsea have already signed Liam Delap from Ipswich Town and more new players are expected to follow the English striker to Stamford Bridge.

The Blues are looking to add a centre-back, winger and versatile forward to strengthen manager, Enzo Maresca’s squad ahead of next season.

Speaking recently in a Q&A, Vincent said about the players Chelsea are targeting (via Football London): “Plenty of names on the club’s radar,” he told Football London.
