Governor Idris Lauds Journalists’ Coverage Of Kebbi

Governor Nasir Idris of Kebbi State has commended journalists in the state for the good coverage of government’s programmes and activities.

He made the commendation at the Government House in Birnin Kebbi after the just-concluded APC consensus and primary elections held in the state.

He noted that all journalists in state both conventional media and new medium have demonstrated professionalism, dedication and commitment in publicising government’s activities especially during the APC Consensus and primary elections held recently in the state.

He described the media as indispensable to society and a vital institution for informing, educating, and enlightening the public.

“Your Contributions to public engagement and the dissemination of credible information are highly appreciated and commendable, “ the governor said.
