How 5-hour Train Ride Ehances Agricultural Revolution Dream

On an over five-hour fast train ride from China’s densely populated Henan province to the mineral rich Nanchang, in Jiangxi province, Governor Sule’s ongoing agriculture revolution vision was further stimulated.

The tour this time was with Chinese Business Group led by Mr. Chen Qiang.

With the train traveling at a speed of 304 kilometres per hour Governor Sule could not but noticed the well cultivated farm lands in the region.

He told the Chinese delegation that he plans to implement the cluster farming method leveraging on crops that are best suited for particular areas of the state to create what he calls “core agriculture zones”

He looked forward to a partnership that will see every available land cultivated as is visible in the agriculture rich area spanning Henan province in line with his vision for food production and wealth creation.

The Chinese agro allied business group expressed readiness to assit the governor in achieving his vision by facilitating large scale mechanised farming in Nasarawa State.
