Okuafiaka Bright Onyebuchi, better known as King Concord, has spent years building a name for himself in business. But while many recognise him for his influence in the nightlife industry, his greatest passion lies in something far more meaningful—giving back.

His latest act of generosity took place at Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT), where he provided struggling students with essential items such as food and toiletries.

“Many of these students are working hard to build a better future for themselves,” King Concord said. “If we can support them, even in a small way, we should.”

This initiative is one of many led by his foundation, the Happy Man Foundation for the Less Privileged, which has been actively involved in community projects for over a decade. From funding education to supporting the less fortunate, King Concord has consistently demonstrated that wealth is most meaningful when shared.

For the students who benefited, this act of kindness was more than just financial aid—it was a message of hope.

“When someone with his platform chooses to give back, it inspires others to do the same,” said one student.

King Concord’s vision extends beyond one-time donations. He believes in sustained efforts to uplift communities, ensuring that support goes beyond financial aid and creates real opportunities for growth.

“As long as I have the means to help,” he said, “I will continue to do so.”
