Speaking in an interview at his residence at Badariya area of Birnin Kebbi metropolis,  Gulumbe listed the affected communities as Guddare, Kardi,  Gulumbe,  Lagga,  Ambursa, Zauro Unguwar Dambo and Nassarwa 11 which he said were seriously having MTN network problems.

He said during his campaign, people in those communities appealed to him to intervene on the problem and he promised to address it if elected.
