Kwara Promotes Over 2000 Civil Servants

The Kwara State government has issued letters to over 2000 civil servants who were  due for the 2024 promotion.

The chairman of the State Civil Service Commission, Hajia Habibat Yusuf disclosed this in a statement.

She said over 2000 civil servants sat for the year 2024 promotion examination and interview, out of which 98.87 percent passed.

Yusuf noted that the beneficiaries of the exercise who had been issued their letters would begin to enjoy the financial benefits of the exercise in earnest.

She noted with delight that the state government has been very responsive to the welfare of its workers,  adding that funds and logistics were readily provided for all ministries,departments and agencies, which she noted has significantly boost the productivity of the civil servants in the state.
