Late President Yar’Adua’s Mother Dies At 102

The mother of former Nigerian President Umaru Yar’Adua has passed away at the remarkable age of 102. According to reliable sources, she died peacefully at her home, surrounded by loved ones.

The deceased will be laid to rest tomorrow in Katsina at 1:00 pm, and sympathizers have already begun to gather at the family residence to offer their condolences.

The late matriarch was a respected figure in the community, and her longevity and wisdom earned her admiration from many. Her son, Umaru Yar’Adua, served as President of Nigeria from 2007 until his passing in 2010.

The family has announced that funeral rites will be held tomorrow, and friends, family, and dignitaries are expected to attend to pay their respects to the departed elder stateswoman.
