Manchester United have signed a new 10-year deal with Adidas worth a minimum of £900million.
The Red Devils have extended their partnership with the German sportswear giant, which began back in 2015. It was due to run out in two years’ time.
But they’ll now be working together until 2035, with the contract guaranteeing United at least £900m, subject to certain adjustments. That sum equates to around £250,000 every day over the decade.
United chief exec Richard Arnold told the club website: “The relationship between Manchester United and Adidas is one of the most iconic in world sport, forged through a shared commitment to style, flair and, most importantly, high performance.
With its roots in the 1980s, our partnership has been reinvented over the past decade with some of the most innovative designs and technology in sportswear.
