May & Baker Declares 40 Kobo Final Dividend For 2024

May & Baker Nigeria Plc has declared a dividend of 40k for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024.

The company disclosed this in a corporate disclosure through the Nigerian Exchange Ltd. on Monday.

“The audited financial statement for the year ended 31st December 2024 was approved at the Board meeting held on March 27, 2025 and it will be laid at the Annual General Meeting.

“A dividend of 40 kobo per share, subject to shareholders’ approval and appropriate withholding tax, will be paid to the shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members at the close of business on Tuesday, May 20, 2025.

“On June 5, 2025, dividends will be paid electronically.

The company also announced that its AGM would be held on Thursday, June 5, at the Muson Centre, Onikan Lagos at 11:00 a.m.

It also said that Dr Edugie Abebe retired as non-executive director with effect from March 13, having served for 12 years on the board of the company.

Also, Osagie Omenai was appointed as an independent non-executive director with effect from March 27.

Omenani’s appointment will be ratified at the company’s AGM on June 5
