Following this, the Davnotch National Tennis Open Championship will take place from 14th to 19th July 2025. The series will culminate with the CBN National Tennis Open Championship running from 21st to 29th July 2025.

The NTF anticipates a high turnout of players and tennis enthusiasts from across the country, with opportunities for local talents to shine on a national stage, promoting the sport and enhancing Nigeria’s presence in the international tennis arena.

With each tournament designed to foster sportsmanship and competitive spirit, players at all levels will have the chance to participate.

President of the Nigeria Tennis Federation, Engr. Ifedayo Akindoju, expressed optimism about the growing momentum in Nigerian tennis, stating that the tournaments are not only part of efforts to keep players active but also platforms to scout and groom talents for future international engagements.
