Obi at 64: Dr Anthony Hails Him As A Beacon Of Hope For Nigeria

A former senatorial candidate for the Federal Capital Territory in the 2023 general election, Chief Dr. Anthony Ezekwugo has lauded the 2023 Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi, on his 64th birthday anniversary.

Dr. Ezekwugo described him as the man of integrity and nationalist, beacon of hope whose political influence has changed the political narrative in Nigeria.

He underscored his impact on Nigeria’s democratic space, describing his political journey as “nothing short of inspiring.”

He said,”Your remarkable journey as an opposition candidate in Nigeria’s political landscape has been nothing short of inspiring. Your candidacy ignited a spark that rekindled hope and galvanized millions, particularly the youth, to engage actively in the democratic process,” he said.

He praised Obi’s vision and integrity, noting that the former Anambra governor’s presence on the political scene had “left an indelible mark, challenged the status quo, and reminded us all of the power of ideas in shaping our nation’s future.”
