Scheduled for Wednesday, 25th June, this open workout will not only serve as a crucial part of their preparation but also offers a unique opportunity for fans to witness the athletes in action before they step into the cage.

The workout session is expected to be a dynamic display of skill and athleticism, showcasing the fighters’ techniques and strategies as they refine their craft. Both Ukah and Niedermayr are known for their fierce fighting styles and unwavering determination, promising an electrifying atmosphere as they engage in various drills and sparring exercises.

This event aims to build excitement and foster a sense of community among supporters, allowing them to connect with their favourite fighters in an intimate setting.

The highlight of the encounter will be the highly anticipated Women’s Strawweight Showcase Bout between the two competitors, set to take place at the PFL SmartCage during the first-ever PFL Africa event on Saturday, 19th July. The venue, the GrandWest Arena in Cape Town, South Africa, is poised to be a spectacular backdrop for this historic moment in African MMA. Both fighters are eager to make their mark, and the stakes are high as they prepare to compete on a global stage.
