According to inDrive, the programme rewarded driver excellence by honouring 110 standout drivers based on their ratings, number of rides completed, and total mileage covered. The management of inDrive said that the rationale behind the campaign was to celebrate driver excellence.

Senior Business Development representative of inDrive in Nigeria, Timothy Dimeji, disclosed that the first set of top 10 drivers (Tier 1) who emerged as winners were rewarded with customised vehicle upgrades, including external “pimping” and interior preferences, six complimentary car washes, three scheduled A/C maintenance checks, premium auto accessories, and more.

The company said, “Through this initiative, 110 top-performing drivers were selected based on their performances using three primary criteria: ratings, ride counts, and mileage, and they were rewarded with various exclusive prizes, in his remarks.

The second tier of honorees, comprising 40 drivers, received benefits including four complimentary car washes, subsidised air conditioning maintenance, and a selection of auto accessories such as all-weather mats, sunshades, and phone mounts. These rewards are aimed at enhancing driver comfort and convenience on the road.
