Senegal have unveiled their 23-man squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, with veteran superstar Sadio Mané and Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson headlining a formidable attacking lineup.

Head coach Pape Thiaw has crafted a balanced roster that blends seasoned experience, youthful dynamism, and explosive offensive talent as the Teranga Lions prepare to roar on football’s biggest stage.

Thiaw’s selection features a host of established pillars from Senegal’s golden generation. Champions League-winning goalkeeper Edouard Mendy will anchor the defense, while defensive rock Kalidou Koulibaly brings his leadership and tactical savvy to the backline.

In midfield, Tottenham’s Pape Matar Sarr provides creativity and energy, complemented by the pace and trickery of winger Ismaïla Sarr.

Up front, Mané and Jackson are set to form a lethal partnership. They will be supported by Iliman Ndiaye and Bamba Dieng, adding further firepower and depth as Senegal aim to upset some of the world’s traditional heavyweights.
