Ranchers Bees Football Club has acquired a new bus in preparation for the forthcoming Nigeria National League (NNL) season.
This development reflects the dedication of the club’s leadership, led by the lawmaker representing Kaduna North Federal Constituency in the National Assembly, Hon. Bello El-Rufai and Super Eagles striker, Sodiq Umar, who have united their efforts to rejuvenate the historic Kaduna-based team.
Reports indicate that El-Rufai was behind the acquisition of the new bus for the team.
Once a powerhouse in Nigerian football in the 1980s, 1990s, and early 2000s, Ranchers Bees faced a decline due to financial difficulties.
However, under the guidance of El-Rufai and Umar, the club was set for a comeback.
The team has a rich legacy, having developed prominent football talents including Daniel Amokachi, Ali Nayara, Salisu Yusuf, Dahiru Sadi, Ayo Ogunlana, and Ishaya Jatau.
As Ranchers Bees gears up for its NNL campaign, the team was scheduled to take on Gombe United in a highly anticipated home match.
The addition of the new bus is expected to improve the team’s logistics and overall performance as they strive to make a significant impact in the league.
This also highlights the club’s resolve to reclaim its former glory and provide Kaduna State and its supporters with a source of pride and entertainment.
With the new season commencing on 8 November, Ranchers Bees fans are eagerly looking forward to the team’s revival and success.
