More than two million consumers across Nigeria stand to win prizes in a new nationwide promotion by Nestlé Nigeria that will run from July to September 2026.

The campaign, announced by MILO, Nestlé Nigeria, will award airtime, cash prizes, and six vehicles through a ‘Text & Win’ mechanism.

According to the company, promotional sachets have been distributed nationwide to ensure equal access for participants in different states.

The category lead, MILO, Nestlé Nigeria, Gilbert Tweneboah-Koduah said the campaign is intended to recognize consumer loyalty to the brand, which has been in the Nigerian market for decades.

The commercial director, Nestlé Nigeria, Boladale Odunlami added that the campaign is also expected to drive movement across the company’s distributor and trade partner network during the third quarter.

The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) said it will monitor the promotion to ensure compliance with rules governing consumer promotions in Nigeria.

The Zonal coordinator, FCCPC South-West Zonal Office, Lagos, Dr. Olubunmi Otti said the Commission’s role is to ensure the process is conducted fairly and transparently, and that winners receive the rewards advertised.

“The Commission is providing the necessary regulatory oversight to ensure the promotion is conducted fairly, transparently, and in accordance with the regulatory framework,” she said.

The launch event also featured the unveiling of the promotional sachets and a display of the vehicles to be won, with representatives of Elizade Motors presenting details of the cars.

MILO has operated in Nigeria for decades and runs separate programs focused on youth sports and sustainability, including the MILO School Basketball Championship and the MILO Elevate Recycling Initiative.

The current promotion is scheduled to close in September 2026 with the final draw for the grand prize.
