The judge’s husband, Dr. Musa Gimba who confirmed the release, said the children are still in kidnappers den.

The Kaduna State Police Command’s Public Relations Officer, ASP Mansir Hassan, said the hoodlums killed the 14-year-old eldest son of the judge, Victor.

ASP Hassan said operatives found Victor’s corpse at Ungwan Bayero, Duste village near the toll gate along the Kaduna-Abuja expressway on Tuesday, July 2, 2024.

The police spokesman said in the wake of the incident, the Command and other sister security agencies are working tirelessly to rescue the victims and arrest the terrorists.

LEADERSHIP reports that the Kaduna State branch of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) disclosed that the Judge and her four children were kidnapped by the bandits on June 23, 2024.

Chairman of the branch, Godwin Ochai, on Tuesday July 2, 2024, said the terrorists killed the 14-year-old first son of the judge when the ransom demanded could not be obtained.

Ochai had called on the security agencies and the Kaduna State governor, Sen Uba Sani to seize the urgency of the moment for the protection of the lives of the judge and her children and to ensure that justice was served.
