The Chief Executive Officer of Seven30 Real Estate Limited, Dr Oluwole Fapohunda, has expressed satisfaction with the customers’ expectations after meeting their targeted demands in the allocation of the company’s maiden conjoined projects, the Green Acres, at Epe, Lagos State.
Addressing journalists at the site of the allocation, Fapohunda said the life wire of the estate is the proximity of its location to the newly approved airport zone at Lekki-Epe.
He expressed optimism in those clients who have subscribed to buy the projects charging them to look inward into the massive Return on Investments (ROI) that abound in the next few months.
“Green Acres is projected to scoop above 70% ROI in a year. This is what we have critically evaluated before we kick-started.
Fapohunda urged the guests and other investors to see the offer that Green Acres will bring to the country’s real estate sector and encouraged them to tap from it.
Reeling out the features of the estate, Fapohunda said, “Green acres is themed with the green settlement of nature. It’s an estate that everyone would want to live in. We are securing the estate with a security gatehouse and a perimeter fencing to avoid encroaching from outside and we also did corner pieces for our clients to demarcate their respective units to avoid one person adding from another’s to his.
“It is an affordable project in the best location in Epe, less than 10 minutes drive from the recently launched Food and Logistics Hub by Lagos State government.
“We have made it so affordable that clients can spread their payment for as long as 6 months and 3 months respectively,” the real estate mogul maintained.
Reacting on the project’s expectation, a customer, Mr James Orji said it exceeded his demand, adding, “for me it was getting a land with the right firm, at the right time and location and at the most affordable price.
“It was well-structured and apportioned. The document speaks a larger volume of credibility into the real estate firm itself. I will continue to buy from them except the company stops selling,” he added.
Another client, Miss Blessing Opeyemi said she’s pleased with what she got and that with what she has seen, she will strive to convince other people to get from the firm.
“Seven30 is a great firm to do business with,” Opeyemi said.
The customers had a fun-fare moment while gifts were shared with the guests, customers and even onlookers.
