The CEO and co-founder, Mrs Angel Ajede, said the initiative was aimed at changing the way renters in Lagos secure their homes in Lagos.

“If you’re tired of the traditional rental process in Lagos, then RentSpace Tech might just be the solution you need,” she said.

Also, the CFO and co-founder, Kehinde Olagoke Akintonde added that one of the most unique features of RentSpace Tech is the savings plan which allows renters to save money each month towards their rent, ensuring they have enough funds when rent is due.

“The beauty of this plan is that RentSpace Tech gives interest on your savings, so you’re not just saving money, but earning as well.

“In addition to their savings plan, RentSpace Tech offers loans for renters to cover their rent and other expenses. This is especially useful for those who are short on cash when it’s time to pay rent,” he said.

He said that is a one-stop-shop for all your rental needs, adding that it has a wide range of resources to help renters choose the right home for their budget, as well as other financial services to help them stay on top of their rent payments and build your credit score.

“The RentSpace Tech platform is designed to make the rental process as easy and stress-free as possible. By taking advantage of their savings plan and other financial services, you can focus on finding the perfect home without worrying about the financial burden.

“RentSpace Tech is also a great option for students and young professionals on a budget. With their affordable rental options and unique financial services, you can find the perfect home without breaking the bank,” he said.
