The deputy chairman emphasised the importance of collective efforts in addressing poverty and healthcare challenges bedeviling members of the society.

The secretary of the medical team of Dahiru Bauchi Foundation, Ahmad Sukairaji Mahmood said that over 1,000 benefited from the outreach.

He praised the collaboration, highlighting its transformative impact, stressing that, “Our partnership with the Almuhibba Foundation and Makka Eye Hospital is driven by a shared commitment to assisting vulnerable individuals in the society.”

According to him, the initiative has changed countless lives through surgeries such as cataract removals, other eye surgeries, and the provision of eyeglasses.

The medical outreach has addressed a wide range of medical conditions, including fibroids, appendicitis, goitre, lumps, hernia, hydrocele, and eye-related diseases.

Meanwhile, a team of medical specialists conducted the surgeries, underscoring the foundation’s commitment to enhancing healthcare delivery in Bauchi State and beyond.
