In a statement signed by the executive director of Corporate Affairs of the company, Ore Famurewa, said, “the company under Ajekigbe guidance experienced substantial growth and transformation, including the initiation of key dairy development initiatives. His innovative strategies have strengthened the company’s market position and laid a strong foundation for future success.”

The firm added that, “Sanni joins the Board with a wealth of experience amassed over 35 years in the financial services sector, having held numerous leadership roles, including his most recent position as Group executive at Standard Bank Group.

“He has also served as the chief executive officer of the Africa Region at Standard Bank Group and Stanbic IBTC Holdings Plc.
