MultiChoice Nigeria has introduced its annual Step-Up offer, allowing DStv and GOtv subscribers to upgrade to a higher package by paying for one level above their current subscription.

The promotion runs from Monday, January 13, 2025, to Monday, March 31, 2025, and provides access to an extensive range of premium content.

The offer is open to new, active, and reconnected subscribers. Active users can take advantage of the upgrade by subscribing to a higher package, while disconnected customers can participate by reconnecting at a higher package than their previous one. New customers are also eligible by upgrading from their initial subscription.

Subscribers who utilise the Step-Up offer will enjoy premium content, including live sports such as the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, UEFA Champions League, FA Cup, Tennis, Formula 1, UFC, WWE, and Boxing.

Additional offerings include international movies, series, telenovelas, music shows, news, and children’s programmes.

The executive head of Marketing for West Africa at MultiChoice, Tope Oshunkeye expressed excitement about the initiative, describing it as a gesture of appreciation to loyal customers. “The Step-Up offer is our way of thanking customers for their continued support. At MultiChoice, we aim to deliver the best viewing experience while ensuring value for money,” she said.

MultiChoice assured subscribers that upgrades would be processed within 48 hours of payment, enabling customers to quickly access their upgraded viewing experience. Subscribers can take advantage of this offer by renewing or reconnecting through the MyDStv/MyGOtv app or by dialing *288#.
