Adamawa State commander of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, C.N. Agboalu Femi Samson, has said the agency intercepted Indian-hemp worth over N28 million in the state. He said at a press briefing in Yola yesterday as part of activities to commemorate the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking: “It is clear that investing in prevention is a strategic approach that promises long-term benefits.
