During the launch ceremony, the head of Media and Strategic Communications for Ride, Joel Odaudu, emphasised the company’s mission to provide Nigerians with an affordable, convenient, comfortable, and flexible option for both local and interstate travel.

“Our aim is to offer more convenient, efficient, and reliable transport services in the FCT, while also enhancing urban mobility across all 36 states. Ride is here to provide Nigerians with an affordable and flexible alternative for safe and reliable commuting within our nation’s cities,” Odaudu stated.
He further highlighted that Ride represents a significant shift in transportation and serves as an innovative platform that will reshape travel patterns and shape the future of cities across Nigeria.

Ride’s senior vice president, Anselm Idoko, echoed Odaudu’s enthusiasm, describing the launch as a tremendous success. He expressed confidence in Ride’s ability to deliver the safest, most effective, and comfortable transport services to the Nigerian population, while also creating job opportunities for vehicle owners.
