In Q4 2024, Nigeria’s top import trade partners were as follows:

China: N4.61 trillion (27.8% of total imports)

India: N1.90 trillion

Belgium: N1.39 trillion

United States: N1.06 trillion

These five countries significantly contributed to Nigeria’s total imports, which reached N16.59 trillion, marking an 83.2% increase from the previous year.

In addition to the top five import partners, Nigeria also imported goods from the following countries.

Germany: N530.51 billion

Canada: N227.84 billion

Italy: N542.92 billion

Netherlands: N1.30 trillion

Spain: N639.90 billion

These countries contributed significantly to Nigeria’s overall import statistics, which totaled N16.59 trillion for the quarter.
