Ogbomoso Cradles Carnival Logo Unveiling, Fundraising For Sept 12 In Abuja

The committee for the maiden edition of Ogbomoso Cradles Carnival has fixed September 12, 2024, for the unveiling of the event’s logo and fundraising.

Ogbomoso Cradles Carnival, a socio-cultural event scheduled to hold between December 19 to 23, is part of the 25-year development plan of the Soun of Ogbomosoland, Oba Ghandi Afolabi Olaoye, Orumogege III.

In a statement issued in Abuja on Thursday, the committee chairman, Prince Williams Adeleye, said the Logo unveiling and fundraiser will hold on Thursday, September 12, at Ajuji Hotel, Gudu District in Abuja by 6pm.

Adeleye, a former Special Assistant (Media) to ex-President Muhammadu Buhari, said: “His imperial Majesty Oba Ghandi Afolabi Olaoye, Orumogege III will also be at the venue to speak on his vision and 25-year development agenda for Ogbomosoland.

“The five-day program will feature culture and tourism program, football, tennis and golf tournaments, traditional cuisines, and masquerade parades, among others.”
