Police Arrest Man For Killing 5-Year-Old Boy

The police received a report from Hadiza Bashiru of Tingno, Lamurde LGA, that her 5-year-old son, Abba Bashiru, was missing and was last seen with one Isiaka Hassan.

The police operative, acting on the information provided by the Divisional Police Officer, Tingno, swiftly led an operation and arrested the said Isiaka Hassan, who, during interrogation, confessed to having conspired with one yet to be arrested to kill the boy and bury him in a shallow grave.

The corpse was exhumed and taken to the Hospital for an autopsy.

The Commissioner of Police, Dankombo Morris, has directed the State CID to take over the case and ensure the arrest of the fleeing suspect.
