Others, who also received the ‘Investor of the Year’ awards included Christopher Ndubuisi, chairman, Pinnatech Group, and Dr. Oludare Akande, chairman, Bellagio Airlines Limited.

The award recognised her resourcefulness to transform her business into a brand where she oversees a team of 52 Managing Directors and more than 1,000 full-time staff spread across 52 affiliate companies.

It also recognised her unwavering dedication to networking and a strength-based approach that has cultivated a robust network system comprising over 300,000 independent real estate professionals known as PWAN Business Owners (PBOs).

Often described as a woman with a strong sense of optimism and high pain threshold, the award is coming as Dr. Jayne has, over the years developed, the PWAN brand – which she co-founded in 2012 into a multi-billion naira business.

The Sun Awards 2023 is organised by The Sun Publishing Limited, publishers of Daily Sun, Saturday Sun, Sunday Sun and Sporting Sun.

The award, according to The SUN, honoured 34 Nigerians, whose excellent achievements stood out last year.

However, under her watch PWAN Group founded a sister company called Folkland Property Development company which is the construction arm of the group. This company is responsible for all the project works in all estates owned by PWAN, nationwide and beyond. This bold move has no precedence in the history of real estate business in Nigeria and around the World.

As a group, the real estate company has sold out over 30,000 plots of land in their various Estates within the Ibeju Lekki axis of Lagos and other parts of Nigeria. Also, the company acquired, developed and sold out more than 100 estates, especially in the Ibeju Lekki axis of Lagos, and other locations.

As a formidable player in the real estate sector, PWAN Group offers properties such as land and luxury apartments for sale to prospective and existing clients. These properties project a high level of probability for appreciation in value and the ability to yield positive cash flow overtime.
