Again, either the money got lost somewhere or the goods got locked up in empty buildings again, as it would seem not everyone got a share of these palliatives.

And so my candid advise to government is to do away totally with palliatives. It’s not helping anyone just causing more grief. What we need in the forefront are policies that would make life better for everyone.

From the grassroots to the top, everyone should be included. And to add to the success of inclusion, this country needs a data base of everyone who is a citizen. This way, every good plan from the government gets to the right people.
