Tunde Ednut Becomes US Citizen, Receives Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award

Nigerian blogger Tunde Ednut has officially become a United States citizen and has received the prestigious President’s Lifetime Achievement Award, a recognition endorsed by former President Joe Biden.

The award is granted to individuals who have completed over 4,000 hours of volunteer service, honouring their sustained commitment to civic engagement and public service.

Ednut announced the news on Instagram, sharing a photo of his new American passport alongside the award plaque.

“Congratulations to me!!! Not just a citizen o! I also got recognition from the President of America. I am highly honoured and blessed,” he wrote.

The blogger also posted a video of himself vibing to Davido’s new track featuring Omah Lay, “With You,” captioned, “THE NEW AMERICAN CITIZEN, King Tunde Ednut. Congratulations to me.”
