Yul Edochie Urges Men To Avoid Stress, Prioritise Health Amid Rising Deaths

Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has raised concerns over the increasing rate of untimely deaths among men, urging them to place their health and well-being above everything else.

Taking to his X page, the actor expressed worry over how men have been dying prematurely in recent times and advised them to shield themselves from avoidable pressure and emotional stress deliberately.

Yul urged men to stay away from anything that disrupts their peace of mind, emphasising that life is not a race and everyone should advance at their own pace.

He further reminded them to concentrate on what is within their capacity and avoid feeling burdened by things beyond their control.

“Men are dying like flies these days.
Men take good care of yourselves.
Cut off anything that gives you stress. You’re not in competition with anyone,” he posted, advising men to move at their own pace and do as much as they can, and the ones that are beyond them, they should leave them be.
