We’re Committed to Strengthening Nigeria’s Constitution – Governors

Emir of Bungudu in Zamfara State, Alhaji Hassan Attahiru, has lauded the lawmaker, representing Bungudu/Maru, Hon Abdulmalik Zubairu, for constructing women and children community clinic in Bungudu Town, the headquarters of Bungudu local government area.

At a medical outreach organised by Islamic Medical Association of Nigeria, IMAN, Attahiru said the establishment of the clinic would help in improving the health status of the people. He said the clinic has been rendering free medical care to the people.

The monarch, however, urged IMAN officials to work hard in sensitising people with health challenges against patronizing hawkers roaming the markets with herbs.
“It’s so disturbing the influx of hawkers moving from market to market selling herbs to the people, therefore, health officials, especially, members of IMAN, should rise against that tradition of using local herbs,” he added.

The emir also urged other political office holders to emulate the lawmaker in executing developmental projects in their constituencies.
