Supreme Court Hears Kano Governorship Appeal Tomorrow

The Supreme Court has fixed tomorrow for the hearing of the Kano State gubernatorial appeal.

Both parties involved were officially served the hearing notice of the appeal.

On November 17, 2023, the Court of Appeal affirmed the election petition tribunal’s judgement, removing Governor Abba Yusuf of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) and declaring Dr. Nasiru Gawuna of the APC as the winner.
