Kwara South Group Hails AbdulRazaq’s Performance

The convener of Kwara South Development Initiative, Engr.  Johnson  Adewumi, has hailed the state governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, for ensuring sustainable development, economic growth and social progress across the state in the past years.

Adewumi, who spoke with LEADERSHIP in Ilorin, noted that people of the state were proud of the outstanding leadership and transformative achievements of Governor AbdulRazaq.

He added, “Since assuming office, Governor AbdulRazaq has demonstrated unwavering commitment to improving the lives of Kwara citizens through strategic initiatives and impactful policies.”

Adewumi said significant investments in educational infrastructure, teacher training and curriculum reforms had led to improved literacy rates and increased access to quality education for the youth.

“The expansion of healthcare facilities, provision of essential medical equipment and enhanced health services have contributed to better health outcomes for residents.

“Initiatives aimed at supporting small and medium enterprises, agriculture, and vocational training have stimulated economic activity and job creation within the state.

“Major road projects, urban renewal programs, and improved transportation networks have enhanced connectivity and facilitated economic integration.

 

“The administration’s commitment to accountability and transparency has been evident through prudent management of resources and anti-corruption measures,” he added.
